What does white-label software mean?
White-label software is an application we design, build and maintain, delivered under your company's name and branding. Your customers see your logo, domain and support email. You own the client relationship and set the price; we handle the code, hosting and updates behind the scenes.
How it's built
- Single- or multi-tenant hosting, chosen per project, with each client's data separated
- Your domain, logo, colours and email templates, with no PlanEdge branding
- Role-based access for owners, managers, staff and customers
- Audit log, daily backups and documented API endpoints
What you keep
- The client relationship and the price you charge
- Code repository and cloud accounts in your name
- Documentation your next developer can pick up
How we deliver
Scoping workshop
One or two sessions to map one workflow, the user roles and what “done” means.
Fixed-scope proposal
Price, timeline and what's out of scope, in writing.
Two-week sprints
A working demo at the end of each sprint, tested with your real data.
Launch & support
Data migration, staff walkthrough, a 30-day fix window, optional monthly support.
When off-the-shelf beats custom
If a $30-a-month tool does 90% of what you need, we'll tell you to use it. Custom software makes sense when your process is what sets you apart, or when you're paying for and stitching together several tools that still don't fit.
Frequently asked questions
What does white-label software mean?
White-label software is an application we design, build and maintain, delivered under your company's name and branding. Your customers see your logo, domain and support email. You own the client relationship and set the price; we handle the code, hosting and updates.
How long does custom software take to build?
A focused first release (one workflow, two or three user roles, one or two integrations) usually takes 4 to 10 weeks. Larger platforms are split into phases so you use working software within the first two months.
Who owns the code?
You do. Repositories and cloud accounts are set up in your name or transferred to you at handover.
Can you work with our existing system?
Usually yes. We connect to existing tools through their APIs, webhooks or scheduled imports, and only replace a system when keeping it costs more than it saves.
