What is the difference between interchange-plus and tiered pricing?
Interchange-plus passes through the card networks' interchange cost and adds a fixed markup, so every fee is visible on the statement. Tiered pricing groups transactions into qualified, mid-qualified and non-qualified rates, which is simpler to read but can hide higher costs. We quote whichever suits your volume.

What pricing models are available?
Depending on the Elavon program and your business, pricing may be interchange-plus or a tiered schedule. We explain the model in your quote and compare it line by line with your current statement.
Can I get approved the same day?
Some applications are decided quickly, others need more documents. Approval is always Elavon's decision based on underwriting, so we never promise approval or a set timeline.
Do you support online and phone payments?
Yes. We set up virtual terminals for card-not-present payments and payment gateways for websites and invoicing, alongside in-person terminals.
