How long does Clover POS setup take?
After Fiserv approves the merchant account, which often takes a few business days, setup usually takes one to two days: device delivery, menu or inventory loading, connecting to your internet, a test transaction and staff training. Large menus or multiple locations take longer.

Who processes payments on Clover?
Payments on Clover devices sold through PlanEdge are processed by Fiserv, which also underwrites the merchant account. As a Fiserv ISO, PlanEdge helps you pick the device, completes the application with you, sets the system up and trains your staff.
Which Clover device do I need?
Counter-service restaurants and retail usually start with Clover Station or Mini. Table service and line-busting add Clover Flex. Mobile and field businesses use Clover Go. We recommend based on how and where you take payments.
Can you program my menu or inventory?
Yes. We load your menu, modifiers, inventory items, tax rates and employee logins, and test a live transaction before handover.
Do you sell or lease the equipment?
Both options may be available depending on the Fiserv program. We lay out the full cost of each, including any monthly software fees, before you decide.
